2. Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $25 within our delivery areas. For customers with delivery addresses outside the regions mentioned above, shipping fees will apply based on the logistics company’s actual pricing.

3. General
3-1. Shipping Address Modification
If you want to change the address, please send an email to support@glowmeow.com as soon as possible. Usually we can modify the delivery address for you within one to two working days after placing the order. If the address change fails, you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.
3-2. Multi-Item Order Delivery Coordination
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes however, our products cannot be shipped together due to different shipping options. Regardless of circumstance, once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
3-3. About Tax
We have no additional tax on our products. In rare cases, orders may be charged customs fees by the customs authorities of the destination country, not by GLOWMEOW. The customer is responsible for these charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no input on the customs authorities of any country. Please contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
4. Order Issues
4-1. Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at support@glowmeow.com as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund if the product has not yet start to ship. If the product is in the progress of delivery, it cannot be canceled. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, GLOWMEOW will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. For more return details, you can see Refund Policy.
4-2. Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your tracking number to update. Click here to Track order.
4-3. Non-Receipt of Order Resolution
If your order has a tracking number and your order hasn't arrived, allow 48 hours for it to update. If your order doesn’t have tracking, please contact us at support@glowmeow.com with your order number and we will look into the issue. Please note delivery can be affected by local circumstances, which may push over our delivery time estimates.
4-4. Missing Delivered Package Resolution
If your tracking number says your package has been delivered and you can’t find it, please contact us and we will issue a refund claim on your behalf. Email us highlighting your issue and include your order and tracking numbers. Once we can verify your missing package, we will contact our delivery partners and try and resolve the issue. Rest assured that we will work diligently to deliver your products to you as quickly as possible.
5. Backordered Items
In the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will ship the items available and ship the out-of-stock item(s) as soon as they become available via an expedited method at no cost to you. Tips Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed - delays may happen due to weather, shipping carrier or customs delays, inventory shortages, or other events that we have no control over. 6. Other Considerations
If you find that the logistics package is damaged after receipt, please take a photo in time to keep the evidence of damage and labels on the outside of the package for verification.
